We at CONNECTADON are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Within South Africa
We currently only ship within South Africa. We aim to provide a smooth and fast shipping experience for all of our customers.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will be able to view the shipping fee at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Standard Shipping: Typically, a standard shipping fee applies based on your location.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over R1000
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] from the time your payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
4. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Delivery generally takes between 3–10 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery through the respective courier’s website.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at connectadon1@gmail or 067 039 5504. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.
7. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be circumstances beyond our control that could cause delays, such as:

Public holidays or weekends
Adverse weather conditions
If you experience a delay, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in tracking your package.
8. Undelivered Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information, a failed delivery attempt, or the recipient being unavailable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be resent.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at connectadon1@gmail or 067 039 5504 . We will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue. If the package is deemed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
10. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping.
