1. Refund Policy for Unreceived Packages
If you have placed an order but have not yet received your package, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Refunds for unreceived orders will be processed once we confirm that the package has not been dispatched for delivery.

2. Return Policy for Received Products
If you have received your order and would like to return it, you may do so within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that the product meets the following conditions:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
All tags, labels, and accessories included with the product must be intact.
Please Note: Any items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at connectadon1@gmail or call us at 067 039 5504 within 14 days of receiving the product. Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, including a return authorization number if required.
3. Ship the Product: Please ship the product to the address provided by our team. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Confirmation and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Courrier Costs: Original courrier fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
